Overview

The pumps are of horizontal, two-end support, radial split, double volute, single-stage, single-suction or double-suction impeller. The design standard is API 610 11th and API code is BB2.

This series of pumps is a centrifugal pump developed for important stations such as high temperature, low temperature and high pressure in various types of equipment. The inlet and outlet directions of the pump can be arbitrarily selected according to the requirements of the pipeline.

Application Range

This series of pumps is widely used in high temperature, low temperature or high pressure conditions in petrochemical, refining, coal chemical, natural gas processing, desalination and other industries.

Typical working conditions include semi-lean pump and methanol-rich pump in coal chemical plant, and high-temperature bottom pump used for flash bottom oil and normal bottom oil in refinery.

Performance Range

Flow range: 10~4500m3/h

Head range: ~250m

Applicable temperature: -80~450°C

Design pressure: 5, 10, 15MPa

Product Features

① The casing adopted the design of centerline support, radial splitting, extrusion chamber flow channel of double volute and the radial force self-balancing. The pump body adopts the integral casting structure.

② Forced lubrication plain bearings, self-lubricating plain bearings or rolling bearings can be configured depending on the energy density (P.n).

③ The pump inlet and outlet directions can be designed according to the pipeline connection requirements, such as top in and top out, side in and top out, top in and side out, side in and side out.

④ The dust disc can be in the form of “bearing isolator” to prevent internal lubricant leakage and external water or dust from entering the bearing housing.

⑤ The pump cover is provided with a water-cooling chamber structure that can be cleaned. This can make the sealing chamber cooled or insulated, and also can isolates the heat conduction of the high temperature to the bearing end at the high-temperature working condition.

⑥ With stepped shaft extension design, it is easy to install, disassemble and repair couplings, bearings and seals.
