Overview

The series of pumps are horizontal, radial split, sectional, multi-stage centrifugal pumps. The design standard is API 610 11th and API code is BB4.

This series of pumps are mainly used for conveying medium with temperature not more than 210 °C, suitable for conveying small boiler feed water or medium similar to hot water.

Application Range

This series of pumps are mainly used in boiler feed water, refineries, thermal power plants, coal chemical industry, urban water supply, water treatment, petrochemical and other industries. It is especially suitable for low pressure, medium pressure boiler feed water, pipeline pressurization, etc.

Performance Range

Flow range: 5~600m3/h

Head range: ~2500m

Applicable temperature: -40~210°C

Design pressure: up to 27MPa

Structural Features

① The pressure-bearing parts are manufactured by forging process, such as the inlet & outlet stage and the middle stage, which can make operation safer and more reliable.

② The balance mechanism is adopted as the drum-disc-drum combination, not only avoiding the "flashing" phenomenon effectively, but also improving the service life and stability of the bearing greatly.

③ The pump body and the impeller are provided with sealing rings. The gap and hardness are designed in accordance with API 610 standard. Spare parts are easy to be replaced and have a long service life.

④ There are guide keys and positioning pins. When conveying high temperature medium, the pump expands and extends to the non-drive end, which does not affect the connection between the pump and the drive machine, and the operation is safer and more reliable.

⑤ Self-lubricating sliding bearings and forced lubrication sliding bearing structures can be used depending on the shaft power and the speed.
